An 8-week learning opportunity for professionals of all levels to cultivate, refine and practice leadership skills through a values-based lens.

Since 2019, OF/BY/FOR ALL has helped over 180+ organizations across 18 countries to build healthy, mutually beneficial relationships with communities through its Change Network. Through that process, the OF/BY/FOR ALL team, under the leadership of CEO Courtney Harge, has developed practices and tools to help people at all levels work more effectively while grounded in their personal and organizational values. We want to share those learnings with you.

Are you ready to be a

Good leadership doesn’t have to be tyrannical, oppressive, unemotional, or rigid to be effective. 

We have been taught that leadership means replicating the practices of oppressive systems. We at OF/BY/FOR ALL know that isn’t true, and we’re excited to share our learnings with you. This new offering provides an intense learning experience to build competency in several leadership areas, including:
  • How to Identify Your Spoken and Unspoken Values
  • How to Prioritize your Choices When Your Values are in Conflict with Each Other
  • Values Deep Dives into Hiring, Day-to-Day Operations and Systems, and Managing in Conflict
  • Making Mistakes and Building Resilience
  • Executive Sessions for Managers, Executive Directors, Program Directors, etc.

The program will consist of 1-2 weekly sessions led by OF/BY/FOR ALL CEO Courtney Harge and members of the OF/BY/FOR ALL team.

Limited scholarships and discounts will be available.

Current Change Network Members and Alumni will receive a special discount.

Q: Where and how does the Learning Hive take place?

A: The Learning Hive consists of real-time, online sessions held via Zoom. While we will record sessions, the most impactful work will happen live.

Q: When does the Learning Hive take place?

A: The Learning Hive begins September 10th, 2024. You can view the entire session schedule here.

The Learning Hive consists of Primary Sessions (all participants)—held on Tuesdays, and Executive Sessions (EDs, C-suite Execs, Managers, Dept. Heads)—held on Thursdays. Exact meeting times are TBD, but we will continually update this page and the above session schedule as more information becomes available.

Q: How much time should I commit to the Learning Hive?

A: The Learning Hive takes place over 8-weeks from September 10 to October 29, 2024. There will be between 1 and 2 sessions per week, each for 90-minutes. While there will be some outside work and reflection, the majority of the content will be in the sessions. We're striving for no more than an hour of outside prep per week. 

Q: How much does participation in the Learning Hive cost?

A: The Learning Hive $1,500 per participant, with discounts available for Change Network Members and Alumni, including past Bootcamp participants.
